Do I pay anything to book?
No. Booking is free. You pay for your stay directly to your host, as you agree with them.
What happens after I book?
Your dates are held for you and your host gets your name and phone number. They'll get in touch to arrange your arrival and the keys.
How do I get there without a car?
East Grinstead has a train station with direct trains to London. Each place shows how far it is from the station and the town centre.
What time can I arrive?
Each place shows its arrival and leaving times, usually from 3pm on arrival day and by 11am when you leave.
Can I change or cancel my stay?
Yes. Open “My stays” and choose “Change dates” or “Cancel stay”. Your host is told straight away.
